The Party Planner first appears momentarily during the intro of the movie with Madison and her father. He is ordered by Madison's father to "make it happen" when Madison demands her party be held there, despite his initial refusal and attempts to reason with her.
At the party, the planner instructs Madison as to how he would be introducing her and when she should enter the Party.
Death[]
He tries to flirt with Madison, mentioning that she looks a lot older then 16. Despite Madison's initial discomfort he continues until she finally forces him away from her and she realizes he has been drinking. She then leaves while calling him an old man.
The party planner contacts someone working with him while he continues to drink and suddenly Charlie Rotter appears and quickly kills him.
Almost near the end of the movie, as Skye and Madison flee from the main room they come to a stairwell and stare in horror upon finding the Party planner's disembowled body in front of them.

Not much had been revealed regarding the party planner, as he wasn't in the movie very long before being killed. He seems to be somewhat of a drinker, and possibly a sleazy man, as he was shown hitting on Madison, which made her uncomfortable due to a huge age difference between them.
