Nathan Stillo is the secondary antagonist on My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 3. Despite being the secondary antagonist, he is the main killer of the film and acts as Alex Bell's accomplice.
Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 3[]
Nathan helps Skye and Sienna find their way to Alex's current home and brings trouble with him. The party members inform Skye and Sienna that he isn't allowed to join them and he simply leaves without causing any drama. Sienna goes to comfort him for the time being.
Later that evening, Nathan makes an appearance when Brynn goes outside to try to use the cellphone to call someone. After he startles her she yells at him and notices he is holding a strange knife, which she then questions. As he discusses it with her he begins to approach and she can tell he plans to harm her with it so she takes off running. He chases after her and after dropping it he rips one of the porch lights out of the ground and hits her in the head with it and kills her.
Afterwards he freaks out Nico while in the hunting room and proceeds to torture and torment the party-goers for a while until he finally stops. After Ami goes to answer the door she finds a strange man she believes to be the cop she called for. It is actually Nathan but she can't tell until he hits her on the head with his flashlight, then shoots many nails into her until she dies.
Sometime later Sienna finds him after he kills Nico out in the field and he offers to help her with her car after she mentions it's not working right. He asks her to try to show him the problem and then proceeds to slam the door of the car onto her, seemingly killing her.

When Skye and Sienna get lost on the way to see Alex, Nathan helps them find her grandparents country manor. Nathan seems kind - and is definitely cute - but when they arrive, it turns out that Alex's rich friends have a problem with Nathan showing up uninvited. Alex tells Skye that Nathan has been paying a little too much attention her lately, he seems obsessed with the legend of Charlie Rotter. Is it a coincidence that Nathan just happened to be on the road that night?

- Nathan's death is known to be one of the goriest in the entire series. But oddly was not edited in anyway compared to few other gory instances.
