Kevin is a Part 1 character. He was a fellow athlete, popular kid, and one of Brigg's friends.
My Super Psycho Sweet 16[]
Kevin entered the movie early on with Brigg, having a discussion about something when he stopped to ask Skye about her opinion. After she teased him Brigg began to laugh, Kevin left in a huff. Later on, Kevin appears during the party where he informs Madison about Skye and Derek crashing the party. He decides he wants to get revenge on Skye for what happened previously, and the fact that they crashed the party and he dresses up as Charlie Rotter and hid on a higher floor of the rollerdome.
Death[]
Skye thought she saw her father and she went to investigate. She was very close to him and about to touch the mask he wore, almost surprised by this sight when he suddenly spoke. She realized Kevin was pulling a prank on her when he pulled off the mask and began to mock her until she left.
Unknown to Kevin, Charlie Rotter was nearby. As the music loudly plays, he is then strangled and beaten up with a weapon resembling a mace.
My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 2[]
Kevin makes a small cameo at the beginning of the movie during the memorial service for all of the victims killed in the previous movie.

Like many, Kevin was one of the students who harassed or made fun of Skye, but he didn't really overdo it or try to threaten her, like Madison would. He seemed to enjoy it, despite the fact she could often outsmart him. He may also like pranks, as shown during the party when he pretended to be Skye's dad.
It's often joked that he liked Brigg in a gay manner, but he denied it.
